At Outdated, we believe in the longevity of style, but if your purchase doesn't fit your aesthetic, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
